With 4 weeks till Leagues, time to step it up!…..And we did. Isaiah Marc had a solid meet with a close second at 100 with a season best of 10.93 and a PR win at 400 in 48.79 #3 PA. 

Chase Bethea won the 300 hurdles with a not-his-best-technically 41.23 but came back with a 49.6PR 4×4 leg to finish off his day. 

Grayson Ruffner cracked the 2:00 barrier with his 1:59.70 PR and chipped in a 53.15 4×4 PR.

Adidya Shah had his 3rd PR in as many outings breaking 16.00 for the first time with a 15.93 third place finish.

Other PRs: Joey Linville 4:58.78 (1st time under 5:00), Marc Victor 12.13 100M and 24.85 200, Andrew Gajan 300H 46.08, Evan Bananis 63.33 400.
